Norman has traveled to three continents as a player, coach and student. He regularly speaks to athletes on the request of NBC Camps, one of the largest overnight sports camps in the world. His speaking itinerary has recently and regularly included Hawaii, Italy and the United Kingdom. From playgrounds to the professional level, he has learned 12 Lessons that change how athletic participants, coaches and affiliates view themselves against the backdrop of sport.
